Alexandra is Reddit’s Lead Agency Strategist serving to elevate strategic creative relationships. Prior to Reddit, Alexandra led work at a number of agencies, including crafting brand strategies at Droga5 and Ogilvy. When not perusing Reddit in her free time, she enjoys her favorite hobbies: snowboarding, Muay Thai, and attending live concerts.
As VP, Executive Strategy Director, Yael Cesarkas helps leading retail, tech, and lifestyle brands find and capture their white space while building bridges between culture and technology. An expert in innovation marketing and digital strategy. In her role, Yael oversees a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts, including Marketing Sciences, Brand strategists, Connection Planning and Experience Design.
Prior to joining R/GA, Yael began her career as a strategist at Young & Rubicam. In her tenure with the organization, she founded the R/GA StratLab, a strategic practice designed to accelerate innovation using diverse data sets and contextual inputs. While at R/GA, Yael has overseen strategy for Google, eBay, Coty, Samsung, L’Oreal, Johnson & Johnson, and Airbnb.
Yael is committed to aligning brands’ business achievements with social impact actions to help make the world a bit better. She received her education at the Fashion Institute of New York and The New School and is a runner, community volunteer, activist, and mother of three.
Diego Machado is recognized as one of the new faces of the young generation of creative leaderships. At just the age of 26, he co-founded AKQA’s São Paulo studio with Hugo Veiga where they’ve been partnering with clients like Google, Netflix and Nike; but also for artists like Usher, Lady Gaga, Elton John and Baco Exú do Blues. In 2019, became global CCO and current helping AKQA to reimagine the future of creative shops. It’s human and community oriented where creative-minded people from design, advertising, architecture, music, artist, gastronomy or performers – are welcome to co-create with AKQA employees. The co-creation spirit is also extended to clients and the whole network.
Jason is the CEO of VMLY&R New York and the Regional Chief Creative Officer for VMLY&R North America. Under Jason’s leadership, VMLY&R New York has been transformed into a flagship office within the network, helping VMLY&R to be named Campaign’s “Agency Network of the Year”.
Jason is one of the founding fathers of South Africa’s Digital Marketing Industry. He co-founded NATIVE (now VMLY&R South Africa), which grew to be Africa's leading digital agency, being named Cannes Lions Entertainment Agency of the Year and Agency of the Year twice by the IAB.
Jason is an award-winning Chief Creative Officer, film director, screenwriter, and serial entrepreneur. He prides himself on wearing many hats and truly believes that we should leave the world a better place than we found it.
